Become a Better Rider with Guidance from a Professional
As a professional freestyle mountain bike rider, I want to help you become a stronger, smarter, and more confident rider. My goal is not only to teach tricks but also to share the knowledge and experience I have gained throughout my career.
You can achieve your goals on your own, but having guidance from someone who has already walked that path can make the journey easier, safer, and more enjoyable. Sometimes, all it takes is the right advice or a small push in the right direction.
My mission is to help riders better understand the world of extreme sports. Becoming a professional rider is about much more than learning new tricks. There are many important skills that often go unnoticed but make a huge difference in your progression and long-term success.
Topics we can work on include:
Bike control and riding technique
Trick progression and safe learning methods
Competition preparation
Goal setting and mindset
Injury prevention and recovery
Physical training and fitness
Sponsorships and personal branding
Travel and event preparation
Risk assessment and decision-making
Building confidence on and off the bike
Whether you're just starting out or chasing your next big goal, I'm here to help you progress and enjoy every step of the journey.
Group Training
Throughout the year, I offer training sessions for groups of different levels and ages. These sessions are designed to improve riding skills, build confidence, and create a motivating environment where riders can progress together.
At the bottom of this page, you will find all upcoming dates and locations for each group training.
Personal training sessions can also be booked directly via email.
Kids Ages 5–10
The best way for children to learn is by having fun. In a time when screens are becoming a bigger part of everyday life, getting outside, staying active, and developing new skills is more important than ever.
In this group, children discover the joy of riding their bikes while building confidence and improving their skills. Through fun challenges, games, and guided exercises, they learn the fundamentals of balance, control, and safe riding in a positive and encouraging environment.
Our focus is on creating smiles, boosting confidence, and helping every child develop a lifelong passion for riding and being active outdoors.
Youth Ages 11–16
In this group, we focus on pushing boundaries and turning challenges into exciting opportunities for growth. Riders are encouraged to step out of their comfort zone while developing both their technical skills and their understanding of the sport.
Training is not only about practice on the bike, but also about the theory behind it—learning why techniques work, how to progress safely, and how to make smart decisions while riding.
Your personal goals play a key role in shaping each session, ensuring the training is tailored to your level, ambitions, and riding style.
Adults 17+
With a wide range of ages and experience levels, this group creates a strong environment where riders can learn from each other, share knowledge, and push one another to improve.
We dive deeper into both the technical and physical aspects of riding, focusing on precision, control, and progression. Training is not only on the bike, but also off the bike—helping you better understand yourself, your mindset, and how that influences your performance.
The goal is to develop well-rounded riders who are confident, aware, and constantly evolving, both on the bike and in everyday life.
Personal Coaching
Do you want to work towards your goals, but prefer a one-on-one approach? Together we create a detailed and structured training plan tailored to your needs and level.
With my experience as a professional rider, I will help guide you step by step and support your progression in the most effective way. Once we have a clear plan, we choose the right location to match your goals and focus areas.
Whether it’s improving specific techniques or learning your first backflip, everything is possible with the right guidance, structure, and dedication.
Workshops
Are you looking for a training session with your group, club, or organization? I also offer workshops tailored to your needs, covering disciplines such as mountain biking, pump track riding, dirt jump, skatepark skills, and BMX park riding.
Together we can decide on the most suitable location and focus on the techniques and skills you want to develop. Each workshop is adapted to the group level, ensuring a fun, safe, and progressive learning experience for everyone involved.
